SUBJ: LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS FOR ALICE'S CHAMPAGNE PALACE - BREW PUB LICENSE, HOMER BREWING COMPANY FOR A BREWERY LICENSE AND EL PESCADOR FOR A BEVERAGE DISPENSARY LICENSE.

Notice was received on January 26, 2004, from the ABC Board, for the above named liquor license renewals.

The Chief of Police and Kenai Peninsula Borough have issued no objections to these renewals.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the Liquor License Renewals as noted in the subject line of this Memorandum.
