SUBJ: SCHEDULE LAND ALLOCATION WORKSESSION WITH ADVISORY BODIES.

The last land allocation worksession has traditionally been held in February with Council's advisory bodies.

Council addressed the Land Allocation Plan in August 2003, via Resolution 03-119, due to transitions and changes in City Manager and City Planner.

This session is designed to reaffirm the decisions discussed in August and provide input for land available on the Spit.

The Lease Policy Revision is scheduled for February 23, 2004.

RECOMMENDATION:

Schedule an agenda item on the Committee of the Whole agenda for February 23, 2004 for a joint session with the members of Council's Advisory Commissions and Board.
