SUBJ: LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWALS FOR EAGLE LIQUOR, SAVE-U-MORE LIQUOR, STARVIN MARVIN'S AND DUGGAN'S WATERFRONT BAR

Notice was received from the ABC Board, on February 17, 2004, for:

Package Store Licenses for Eagle Liquor and Save U More Liquor

Restaurant/Eating Place for Starvin Marvin's

Beverage Dispensary for Duggan's Waterfront Bar

The Chief of Police and Kenai Peninsula Borough have issued no objections to these renewals.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the Liquor License Renewals as listed.
