Notice was received from the ABC Board on March 11, 2004, for:

Restaurant/Eating Place for Fresh Sourdough Express

The Chief of Police and Kenai Peninsula Borough have issued no objection to these renewals.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the Liquor License Renewal as listed.
