RE: Jeeps R Us Car Rental Lease

Owners Ty and William Gifford have requested to renew their airport terminal lease for their company Jeeps R Us.

Lease term is April 1, 2004 through December 31, 2006. All car rentals have a base fee of $166.50 per month plus 5% of gross sales.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve Rental Car Concession lease for Gifford’s and authorize City Manager to sign.

FISCAL IMPACT: Estimated $4,000 in revenue for airport fund.
