Notice was received from the ABC Board, on April 14, 2004, for:

Restaurant/Eating Place License for CAFÉ Cups #3210

Restaurant/Eating Place Seasonal License for Captain Patties Fish House #2673

The Chief of Police and Kenai Peninsula Borough have issued no objections to these renewals.

RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval to the Liquor License Renewals as listed.
