SUBJ: NOTING THAT THE SECOND MEETING IN MAY IS TUESDAY, MAY 254, 2004 PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 03-148(A).

Pursuant to Resolution 03-148(A), since Monday, May 24th is Homer High School Graduation the Council amended their regular meeting schedule to state that the May 24th meeting would be held on Tuesday, May 25th at the regular times.

RECOMMENDATION:

Affirm that the second meeting in May will be held on Tuesday, May 25th.
