SUBJ: APPOINTMENT OF DEVONY L. LEHNER TO THE HOMER ADVISORY PLANNING COMMISSION.

Devony Lehner has indicated her desire to serve the City of Homer on the Homer Advisory Planning Commissioner. She is a City resident, residing in Homer No. 1 voting district in part of the newly annexed area. She will be filling the vacancy created by Bill Smith's resignation. Her term will expire July 1, 2006 at which time she may request reappointment for a full three year term.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the appointment of Devony L. Lehner to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission for a term to expire July 1, 2006.
