Re:                  CIP List Development

It is time to start the process of identifying and prioritizing projects for inclusion in the 2005-2010 Capital Improvement Plan. This process involves the public, the Council, the Commissions, and local non-profit organizations and agencies.

 

Please find attached the City of Homer 2005-2010 Capital Improvement Planning Process and 2006 Legislative Request Development Schedule for your review. Council approval of this schedule is the first step in the Capital Improvement Planning process.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve 2005-2010 CIP Schedule and Legislative Request Development Schedule.
