SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AS 44.62.310(C)(1), MATTERS, THE IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH WOULD CLEARLY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THE FINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT UNIT AND ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE. (HOSPITAL LAND NEGOTIATIONS)

The Mayor, City Council and the City Manager agreed to conduct an Executive Session, during their last Executive Session held on Tuesday, May 24, 2005, with the City Attorney regarding South Peninsula Hospital Lease with the City and City Property Ownership issues and concerns. The Executive Session was scheduled for Monday, June 13th during a Special Meeting to be held between the Committee of the Whole and the Regular Meeting.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve request for Executive Session and conduct immediately in the Conference Room.

Fiscal Note: Budgeted. City Attorney costs.
