SUBJECT: An Ordinance Of The City Council Of The City Of Homer, Alaska Amending Homer City Code Chapter 21.48 Central Business District 21.48.060(H) Landscaping Requirements, And Section 21.49 General Commercial 1 21.49.060(H) Landscaping Requirements.

The Planning Commission was directed by City Council to consider amendments to Title 21 addressing landscaping requirements along lot lines when a land use utilizes both lots. The Commission drafted a proposed amendment and held a public hearing as required by HCC 2170.020(c)(1).

Recommendation:

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission recommends the Homer City Council adopt the ordinance as proposed.
