SUBJ: COUNCILMEMBER YOURKOWSKI NOTICE OF INTENT TO RECONSIDER ORDINANCE
05-33.
Councilmember Yourkowski issued Notice of Intent to Reconsider Ordinance 05-33, on Tuesday, June 28,
2005 at 2:26 p.m., in person. Councilmember Yourkowski voted on the prevailing side, the vote passing
with 5 yes and 1 absent. This action took place during the Regular Council Meeting of June 27, 2005.
Pursuant to Council Bylaws: HCC 1.24.040(i.) Motions to reconsider: A member of the Council who voted
with the prevailing side on any issue may move to reconsider the Council's action at the same meeting or at
the next regular meeting of the body. Notice of reconsideration shall be given to the Mayor or City Clerk
within forty-eight hours from the time the original action was taken.
The July 25th Regular Meeting is the next Regular Meeting of the City Council since the July 11th meeting
was canceled.

Ordinance 05-33, Of the City Council of Homer, Alaska, Amending the Homer City Zoning Map to
Rezone Portions of the General Commercial One Zoning District (GC1) to Rural Residential Zoning

27, 2005.)
YOURKOWSKI/NOVAK - MOVED FOR THE ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 05-33 BY READING
OF TITLE. VOTE: YES: NON OBJECTION. UNANIMOUS CONSENT. Motion carried.
If reconsideration is approved, the main motion on Ordinance 05-33 is back on the floor under Ordinances.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approving reconsideration.
