SUBJECT: LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER FOR ALICE’S CHAMPAGNE PALACE TO HOMER BEVERAGES INC.

Notice from the ABC Board of the Liquor License transfer was received on July 6, 2005 for the following:

Alice’s Champagne Palace to Homer Beverages Inc., Beverage Dispensary located at 195 E. Pioneer Avenue

Memoranda from Chief of Police Robl states that the Homer Police Department has no objections to the transfer.

The Kenai Peninsula Borough has issued non objection to the transfer.

RECOMMENDATION:

It is the recommendation of staff: That the City Council “voice non objection and approval” for the Liquor License Transfer from Alice’s Champagne Palace to Homer Beverages Inc.

Fiscal Note: Revenues
