SUBJECT: Ordinance 05-04 – Amending Homer City Code Section 21.70.010, Initiation of Zoning Ordinance Amendments.

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission considered this item at their meeting February 2, 2005. The Commission recommends the Council not act on this at this time. The Commission has placed it on their work list, and would like staff and the commission to have some time to research and thoroughly consider it.

Recommendation

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission recommends the Homer City Council not adopt the ordinance.
