SUBJ: ANDERSONVILLE STUDY OF RETAIL ECONOMICS.

The Andersonville study provides a current retail economics study in a local neighborhood on Chicago's north side. It evaluates the economic impact of the neighborhood's locally owned businesses, and compares that with the impact of competitive chains.

Taking into consideration economic impacts and consumers surveys, the study points to clear policy implications.
