SUBJ: RESOLUTION 06-62, PORT OF REFUGE

The Port and Harbor Advisory Commission discussed Resolution 06-62 under New Business, Item A, Port of Refuge, at its regular meeting on May 24, 2006.

Commissioner Velsko moved and Commissioner Weichhand seconded a motion to endorse Resolution 06-62 and forward it to Homer City Council for action.

The motion was passed by unanimous consent of the Port and Harbor Advisory Commission.
