SUBJ: REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AS § 44.62.310(C)(1), MATTERS, THE IMMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF WHICH WOULD CLEARLY HAVE AN ADVERSE EFFECT UPON THE FINANCES OF THE GOVERNMENT UNIT AND ATTORNEY CLIENT PRIVILEGE. (Town Center Development)

Pursuant to Council's Operating Manual - "Any Councilmember, the Mayor or City Manager may place consideration of an executive session on the agenda...."

City Manager Wrede has requested an Executive Session regarding the Town Center Development due to some proprietary information that he has received that is of a sensitive nature and is a matter, the immediate knowledge of which would clearly have an adverse effect upon the finances of the City. He also requests the Executive Session regarding the same matter for Attorney Client Privilege.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the above request for Executive Session, authorize attendance by pertinent staff and conduct immediately in the Conference Room.

Note: Council may conduct this Executive Session and the one in Memorandum 06-152 concurrently.
