RECOMMENDATION:

Voice non objection and approval for the Liquor License Renewals as listed above, with the condition that Starvin Marvin's and Save-U-More satisfy delinquent taxes as noted in the Letter from the Kenai Peninsula Borough dated February 8, 2006.
