SUBJECT: HARP Policy and Procedures and Trails Development

At the November 28, 2006 meeting of the Transportation Advisory Committee, discussion included the need for revamping the HARP policies and procedures and also addressing the design criteria and maintenance for trails with regard to HARP.

The Committee requests that the City Administration begin looking into developing the criteria and various policies and procedures. The Committee also requests feedback from the City’s Departments that are involved regarding the timeframe in which this will be addressed and what areas the City would like input on regarding the areas that need to be addressed.
