SUBJ: RESOLUTION 06-47(A) ESTABLISHING AN OVERSLOPE DEVELOPMENT TASK FORCE

BACKGROUND:

The Port and Harbor Advisory Commission discussed resolution 06-47(A) under Pending Business, Item A at its regular meeting on April 26, 2006.

The following motion was passed by unanimous consent:

MARTIN/MACKIE – MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 06-47(A) WITH A CHANGE OF DATE TO THE SEPTEMBER MEETING.

The first meeting of the Overslope Development Task Force (ODTF) is set for September 27, 2006.

Recommendation:

Please accept the Port and Harbor Advisory Commission recommendation for the Overslope Development Task Force meeting schedule.
