Subject: EXCAVATOR & FRONT END LOADERS PURCHASE
Discussion:
On
May 11, 2006 sealed bids were opened for the purchase of (1) track excavator
(replaces 1981 Case 880) and (2) front end loaders (replaces 1976 Michigan
& 1970's Case). This Invitation to
Bid was advertised in the Homer Tribune on 4/26 & 5/03 and in the Anchorage
Daily News on 4/27 & 5/04.
This
bid provided for two parts. The basic
bid equipment and the additive alternate components for each piece of
equipment. The basic bid results are.
