The Commission made the motion to table action on Resolution 06-48, during their meeting of May 9, 2006.

The Commission believes that their duties and responsibilities are well outlined in the City Code, Bylaws and OEDP.

RECOMMENDATION.

Postpone indefinitely Resolution 06-48.
