SUBJ: APPOINTMENTS OF SHARON MINSCH AND BRYAN ZAK TO THE HOMER ADVISORY PLANNING COMMISSION.

Sharon Minsch first filed a Commissioner Data Sheet for the Planning Commission September 2005 and updated that sheet with phone number and fax number on April 30, 2006. I am appointing her to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission for a three year term to expire July 1, 2009. Ms. Minsch is a City resident.

Bryan Zak filed a Commissioner Data Sheet for the Planning Commission on May 1, 2006. I am appointing him to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission for a three year term to expire July 1, 2009. Mr. Zak is a City resident.

The Planning Commission seats were advertised in the local papers.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the Appointments of Sharon Minsch and Bryan Zak to the Homer Advisory Planning Commission, each for a three year term.
