SUBJ: APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING COMMISSIONER BRYAN ZAK TO THE TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Homer Advisory Planning Commission expressed consensus to Planning Commissioner Bryan Zak replacing Fred Pfeil, who recently resigned, as the Planning Commission Seat on the Transportation Advisory Committee. Mr. Zak has confirmed his desire, via email, to be on the Committee. Mr. Pfeil's term was until April l, 2007. These are three year terms. Since April is not very far away, Mr. Zak's term will be until April 1, 2010.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the Appointment of Bryan Zak to the Transportation Advisory Committee for a term to expire April 1, 2010.
