SUBJ: SETTING THE LAND ALLOCATION JOINT WORKSESSION WITH COUNCIL'S
ADVISORY BODIES FOR MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2007 AT 5:30 P.M.
The City Council has traditionally held the annual joint worksession with Council's advisory bodies on
the Land Allocation Plan during the first quarter and usually in February. Council has held this session
during the Committee of the Whole and expressed a desire to have a separate worksession to allow
for more time and to be able to use their Committee of the Whole meeting for regular purposes.
Recommendation:
Conduct the Land Allocation Plan Joint Worksession with Council's Advisory Bodies at 5:30 on
Monday, February 26, 2007.
Fiscal note: Staff time to contact Advisory Members, advertising and recording fees. Budgeted in City
Clerk's Budget.
