SUBJECT:       Kenai Peninsula Borough Ordinance 2007-33 Substitute

 

 

 

KBP Ordinance 2007-33 Substitute proposes to amend KPB Title 14, Streets, Sidewalks, Roads and Trials, and KPB Title 20, Subdivisions.  The Homer Advisory Planning Commission reviewed this substitute ordinance and recommends the City Council provide the following comments to the Borough.

 

The HAPC supports adoption of KPB Ordinance 2007-33 Substitute.  Regarding Section 6, creating a definition of “Legal access” the HAPC strongly recommends that ALL legal access be constructible and contiguous. 

 

Recommendation

 

Forward these comments to the borough for consideration.
