SUBJECT: SCHEDULING CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION FOR JANUARY 7, 2008 FOR TRAINING ON PERMANENT FUND CRITERIA

At the November 15, 2007 meeting of the Permanent Fund Committee it was suggested a Worksession be scheduled for January 7, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to address the final selection process of the investment firm for management of the permanent fund account.

Committee member Matt North is to provide an overview of investment options for the City.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the scheduling of the Worksession for January 7, 2008 at 4:00 p.m.
