Subject: Creation of Final Assessments

Ocean Drive Loop and Peterson Sewer LID’s

The Ocean Drive Loop Sewer LID and the Peterson Sewer LID have been constructed. All costs for these two projects are known. This memo documents the costs for each project and determines the per lot assessments.

Attached is a map showing the lots that where contained within original boundaries of each LID and the lot configurations as they exist today. The Ocean Drive Loop LID was approved in 2004 and the Peterson LID was formed in 2007.

The costs of each project are outlined below:

The actual cost of the two projects are very close to the cost estimated when the LID’s were formed.

The costs per lot for each of the projects is shown below:

The actual assessments are higher than projected not because the costs where higher, but because there are fewer lots now. Much re-platting occurred during the completion of this project (see attached maps).
