SUBJ:             PORT OF HOMER TERMINAL TARIFF NO. 600, WASTE OIL HANDLING FEE

 

BACKGROUND:

 

            Port of Homer Terminal Tariff No. 600 is amended periodically to reflect fee changes.  A     fee of $2.87 per gallon for waste oil handling was approved by Homer City Council Resolution 06-163 on December 11, 2006.  Waste oil handling charges are referenced         in the tariff in rule 34.15 and 34.25.

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:

 

            Please approve the attached Resolution 07- amending rule 34.15 to coincide with rule         34.25.  This is a housekeeping measure and does not reflect a policy change or        additional fee.

 

 

Fiscal Note:  No fiscal impact.
