SUBJ: ELECTION OF OFFICERS

BACKGROUND:

Port and Harbor Advisory Commission held an election of officers at its regular meeting of February 28, 2007.

Otto Kilcher was re-elected as Chairman and Paul Mackie was re-elected as Vice- Chairman by a unanimous vote of the Commission.

Mr. Kilcher and Mr. Mackie were commended for their excellent service.

RECOMMENDATION:

Advisory in nature no action necessary.
