SUBJECT: REPORT OF RECORDS DESTRUCTION

Pursuant to HCC 2.08.010(h) the Clerk shall inform the Council of all obsolete records destroyed during the preceding year. The records log of destroyed records or records series have been destroyed in accordance to state, federal and City administrative regulations, except as otherwise noted.

Included is a memorandum from Personnel Director Hobbs indicating personnel files destroyed.
