SUBJECT: RECOMMENDATION OF CANDIDATES FOR THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION.

Borough Mayor John Williams has requested a list of candidates as Homer’s representative for the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission. The representative must be a resident of the City of Homer.

On May 14, 2007 Council referred the recommendation to the Planning Commission. Dr. Rick Foster, current Homer representative on the Borough Planning Commission was recommended.

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend the appointment of Dr. Rick Foster as the Homer representative for the Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission.
