The Homer Advisory Planning
Commission developed an
ordinance, which, if approved, will create a definition for “business, open air”
to HCC 21.32, Definitions. The proposed definition has been reviewed by the
City Attorney and his comments incorporated. The Commission held a
public hearing on
Recommendation:
The Homer Advisory Planning Commission
recommends the Homer City Council adopt the ordinance as proposed.
