SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF NIKOLAI YAKUNIN TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION.

Nikolai Yakunin is appointed to the Economic Development Advisory Commission to replace outgoing member Colleen Riley. His term of office will expire April 1, 2009.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the Appointment of Nikolai Yakunin to the Economic Development Advisory Commission.
