SUBJECT: FISCAL IMPACT OF ORDINANCE 08-15 TO ELECTION COSTS.

At the April 28, 2008 regular City Council meeting Councilmember Howard requested the Clerk provide input as to the fiscal impact on changes to the voting machine recalibration and ballots.

Premier Election Solutions and Print Works were queried as to cost increases in memory cards and ballot preparation. Both companies reported the costs will remain the same despite the ballot amendment to include designated council seats.
