At the regular meeting held
Discussion:
The
proposed rezone would change the zoning of a parcel from Urban Residential to Residential
Office. The adjacent lot, is owned by the applicant and is zoned Residential
Office.
The justification and reasoning behind this rezone is covered in the attached
staff report HAPC 08-49 and the attached rezone application.
Recommendation:
The Homer Advisory Planning
Commission recommends the Homer City Council adopt the ordinance and amend the
Zoning Map.
