SUBJ: Ordinance 09-44 (S) Small Boat Harbor Overlay District

It came to staff’s attention that the ordinance prepared by the attorney did not amend HCC 21.10.020(b), zoning districts and zoning maps, which lists all the zoning districts. The substitute ordinance adds the new district to the list of overlay districts.

Recommendation: Adopt Ordinance 09-44 (S)
