SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF BRIAN ZAK AS HOMER'S ELECTED/CITY OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE ON THE KENAI PENINSULA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

Councilmember Brian Zak is appointed as Homer’s elected city official to the Kenai Peninsula Economic Development District. His appointment is for a three year term to replace Anne Marie Holen. His term will expire December 31, 2012.

RECOMMENDATION:

Confirm the appointment of Brian Zak as Homer's Elected/City Official Representative on the EDD for a three year term to expire December 31, 2012.
