SUBJECT: An Ordinance of the City Council of the

At the regular meeting held April
1, 2009, the Homer Advisory Planning Commission (HAPC) held a public hearing on
the above referenced rezone.
The
proposed rezone would change the zoning of 30 parcels located on Ben Walters
Lane from Urban Residential to Residential Office. At the Planning Commission
meeting, two people testified in support of the ordinance and none opposing.
The proposed rezoning provides a logical extension of the RO district, as
outlined in the accompanying staff report.
Recommendation:
The Homer Advisory Planning
Commission recommends the Homer City Council adopt the ordinance and amend the
Zoning Map.
