Session 10-09 a Special Meeting of the Homer City Council was called to order on February 25, 2010 at 4:21 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tempore Beth Wythe at the Homer City Hall Cowles Council Chambers located at 491 E. Pioneer Avenue, Homer, Alaska.

Mayor Pro Tempore Wythe called for a motion for the approval of the agenda.

LEWIS/HOWARD – SO MOVED.

There was no discussion.

VOTE: YES. NON OBJECTION. UNANIMOUS CONSENT.

PENDING BUSINESS

A. Board of Ethics – Complaint #2009-01.

Council adjourned to Executive Session to hear continuation of Complaint #2009-01.

NEW BUSINESS

A. Memorandum 10-40, Request for Executive Session Pursuant to AS §44.62.310(c)(1 & 5), Matters, the Immediate Knowledge of Which Would Clearly Have an Adverse Effect Upon the Finances of the Government Unit and Attorney/Client Privilege. (Ocean Drive Loop Seawall)

Council adjourned to Executive Session to discuss Ocean Drive Loop Seawall matters with City Attorney Klinkner.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Council the meeting was adjourned at 6:11 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tempore Wythe. The next Committee of the Whole is scheduled for Monday, March 8, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. The next Regular Meeting is Monday, March 8, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. A Special Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 25, 2010 at 4:15 p.m. A Worksession is scheduled for Monday, March 8, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. All meetings are scheduled to be held in the City Hall Cowles Council Chambers.
