AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING THE EDA FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AWARD OF $1.3 MILLION FOR THE PILINGS FOR THE PIONEER DOCK.

WHEREAS, Resolution 00-68 accepting the EDA Financial Assistance Award of $1.3 million was adopted by the Homer City Council at their regular meeting of June 26, 2000; and

WHEREAS, these unbudgeted revenues need to be appropriated for the Pioneer Dock piling.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Homer City Council:

Section 1. The EDA financial assistance award of $1.3 million is hereby appropriated as follows:

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
