AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOMER, ALASKA AMENDING HOMER CITY CODE SUB PARAGRAPH 14.04.080(C)(2).

WHEREAS, Homer City Code Sub paragraph 14.04.080 (c)(2) contains a wording error that dates back to Ordinance 90-24(A) and should be corrected.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. Homer City Code Sub paragraph 14.04.080 (c)(2) is hereby amended to read as follows:

c. In the event that the City Manager finds and determines that:

2. The pipeline in which the connection has discharged, or is to discharge, has efficient sufficient capacity for the disposition of these wastes, then the City Clerk shall issue a permit to the applicant as requested.

Section 2. This ordinance is of a permanent and general character and shall be included in the Homer City Code.
