AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FOR THE INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES TO THE LASH 4 BARGE AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the LASH 4 Barge was damaged at the Homer Deep Water Dock; and

WHEREAS, the City's Insurance deductible is $25,000.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Homer City Council:

Section 1. No funds are budgeted for insurance deductibles and the insurance deductible for the damage to the LASH 4 Barge is $25,000.00 and will be appropriated as follows:

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate documents.

Section 3. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
