ORDINANCE 01-24

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING GENERAL FUND MONIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $239,408.00, FOR THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR REPAIRS AND RENOVATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation project was awarded to Harris Sand and Gravel via Resolution 01-28; and

WHEREAS, alternates 1, 2 and 5 were included in the award with the notation in a memorandum from the City Manager that funds would need to be appropriated from the General Fund.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer ordains:

Section 1. That the general fund monies for the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation project shall be appropriated as follows:

Expenditure 415.906 Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation Project $239,408.00

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate documents.

Section 3. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
