AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING A GRANT FROM THE U.S. COAST GUARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,787,240.00 FOR THE KACHEMAK BAY MULTI PURPOSE OCEAN DOCK PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the U.S. Coast Guard has allocated to the City of Homer Kachemak Bay Multi Purpose Ocean Dock, also known as the Pioneer Dock, project funding in the amount of $5,787,240.00.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer ordains:

Section 1. Funds are accepted from U.S. Coast Guard in the amount of $5,787240.00 and appropriated as follows for the Kachemak Bay Multi Purpose Ocean Dock project, also known as Pioneer Dock.
