ORDINANCE 01-43

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, ACCEPTING AND APPROPRIATING FUNDING FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000.00 FOR THE AMBULANCE REPLACEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS.

WHEREAS, the Alaska Department of Community and Economic Development has allocated to the City of Homer $100,000 for the ambulance replacements.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Homer ordains:

Section 1. Funds are accepted from the Alaska Department of Community and Economic Development in the amount of $100,000.00 and appropriated as follows for the Ambulance Replacement:

Section 2. That the City Manager is authorized to execute the appropriate documents.
