ORDINANCE 01-47

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE PORT/HARBOR RESERVE FUNDS FOR REPAIRS TO THE STEEL GRID IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,000.00.

WHEREAS, repairs to the bents, supports beams for boat keels, are needed on the steel grid; and

WHEREAS, the estimate for these repairs is $17,250.00 as noted in "option two"; and

WHEREAS, the Finance Director recommends appropriating $18,000.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Homer City Council:

Section 1. Authorizing $18,000 to be appropriated from the Port/Harbor Reserves for repairs to the Steel Grid.

Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
