ORDINANCE 01-51(S)(A)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR
2002 FOR THE GENERAL FUND, THE WATER FUND, THE SEWER FUND, THE PORT/HARBOR FUND, DEBT
FUNDS, CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS (CONDITIONAL EXPENDITURES).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:
Section 1. Pursuant to the authority of Alaska Statutes, Title 29, the appropriations for the calendar year ending December
2002 are appropriated as follows:
General Fund $6,129,963 6,201,985
Water Fund $1,137,195 1,138,695
Sewer Fund $ 980,861
Port/Harbor Fund $2,454,846
Capital Projects $2,123,961 6,641,287
Internal Service Fund $ 589,500
Total Expenditures $13,416,326 18,007,174
Section 2. Such amounts are appropriated to the objects and purposes stated in the adopted budget.
Section 3. A copy of the budget shall be certified by the City Clerk and filed in the Office of the City Clerk.
Section 4. The supporting line item budget detail as presented by the administration and reviewed by council is incorporated as part of this budget ordinance.
Section 5. The property tax mill levy is set at 5.5 mills for 2002.
Section 6 This ordinance is limited to approval of the budget and appropriations for Calendar Year 2002,is a non code
ordinance and shall become effective January 1, 2002.
