ORDINANCE 02-03
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA, APPROPRIATING $22,500.00 FROM THE FIRE
DEPARTMENT VEHICLE RESERVE FUND FOR THE BALANCE ON THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AMBULANCE
AND FOR A RADIO AND GURNEY FOR THE AMBULANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 01-43 on September 10, 2001, which accepted and appropriated funding
for the new Fire Department Ambulance in the amount of $100,000.00; and
WHEREAS, an additional $17,500.00 is needed for the balance of the ambulance; and
WHEREAS, the new ambulance will need a radio and gurney in the amount of $5,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Homer City Council:
Section 1. That $22,500.00 is hereby appropriated from the Fire Department Vehicle Reserve Fund to Acct: 152.5902.381,
for the balance on the Fire Department Ambulance and for a radio and gurney for the Ambulance.
Section 2. This ordinance is a budget amendment only, is not of a permanent nature and is a non code ordinance.
