ORDINANCE 02-13(S)

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOMER, ALASKA APPROPRIATING $35,000.00 FROM THE PORT/HARBOR RESERVE FUND BALANCE FOR THE SMALL BOAT HARBOR REPAIRS AND RENOVATION PROJECT FOR THE BOAT WOOD GRID MODIFICATIONS.

WHEREAS, Change Order No. 7 has been executed with Harris Sand and Gravel, Inc., the general contractor of the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation Project, pursuant to HCC §3.16.020; and

WHEREAS, The $35,000 will cover the Boat Wood Grid Modifications for replacement of steel pile for timber pile, additional steel bracing and hardware, spray metalizing of installed steel weldments, steel pile cutting and splicing, ladder modifications and installation of bird caps..

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF HOMER ORDAINS:

Section 1. That $35,000 is appropriated from the Port Harbor Reserve Fund Balance for the Small Boat Harbor Repairs and Renovation Project for the Boat Wood Grid Modifications.
